Every tool on this site is free to use, with no account and no time limit — that is a deliberate part of how adhd.rehab works, not a trial. Pricing for the forthcoming product, ADHD OS, is still being finalised, so we are not quoting numbers we might have to change. What we can say now: there will be a genuinely useful free tier, the shame-free philosophy will not become a paid feature, and the standalone tools you use today will keep working. If a predictable price matters to your decision, join the waitlist and you will be the first to see the tiers when they are set — no card, no commitment, one email you can unsubscribe from in a click.

How much does ADHD OS cost?

Are the free tools just a trial?
No. They are free with no time limit — part of how the product works, not a countdown. They keep working whether or not you ever pay for anything.
Will the no-shame approach be a paid feature?
No. The calm, shame-free philosophy is the entire point and is not going behind a paywall.
What happens to my tool data if I sign up later?
At signup you will be able to carry your local tool history (focus profile, brain dump, streaks) into your new account via a consented one-time hand-off. Until then it stays only in your browser.
